Our end of the month training time we focused on the importance of Follow Up. This is one area we are really focusing on this year with the GGN. A few pointers that came out of this teaching time...1) Follow Up starts before someone comes to know Christ, 2)Follow up starts with you...not your church, and 3) Be persistant and patient. It is so encouraging to see how our follow up has increased this year already. We typically have about 3-4 follow up conversations a week with individuals we have met on the street.
